How the price is worked out

  1. Rate × square footage

    Every service has a per-square-foot rate. Don't know your footage? The calculator estimates it from home type, bedrooms and bathrooms.

  2. Never below the minimum

    Small jobs are lifted to the $180 minimum rather than billed at the raw rate.

  3. Add-ons and travel on top

    Extras you choose are added next, then any travel fee — after the minimum, never absorbed by it.

Regular Cleaning

Ideal for homes that are maintained on a regular basis.

Deep Cleaning

A more detailed clean for homes that need extra attention or have not been professionally cleaned recently.

“From” is a starting price Those three items are quoted at that figure so you still get a number, and Tiffany confirms the final amount after a look. Nothing is charged until you both agree.

Quoted individually Heavy grime, heavy pet hair and heavy construction residue — beyond the usual post-renovation dust — vary too much job-to-job for even a starting price.

Holding a day A booked job holds Tiffany's half day (Regular) or full day (the other three), so the booking terms are worth a read first.

Booking terms

What applies today, and what changes when online booking opens.

Deposit

No deposit is taken today. This site gives you a price — it doesn't take payment and it doesn't book the job, so you arrange the day with Tiffany directly.

When online booking opens, a 50% deposit will hold a full day: Deep Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, or Post-Renovation Cleaning. A Regular Cleaning is a half day; whether it takes a deposit is still to be settled.

Cancellation

There is no cancellation charge today. Call or text as early as you can and Tiffany will move the day with you.

When online booking opens, these terms take effect: cancel or move a booked job at least 48 hours before the start time at no charge; inside 48 hours a 50% fee applies to any booking, half day or full, because time held for you is time that cannot be filled at short notice.
